Check-in is between 3:30p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please call the B&B if you will be ariving after 6:00 p.m.

Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Guests are welcome to stay on the property beyond the 11:00 check-out time to hike the nature trails or otherwise enjoy the facilities, but must vacate their rooms for housekeeping access by 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy

July 1 through October 31 and Holidays - Reservations will be charged as confirmed; no refunds.

At other times - In the event of cancellation, deposits, less a $25 service charge, will be returned if we are notified at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival date.

Deposits will not be returned for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled arrival date unless we are able to rent the accommodation. If guests arrive after the scheduled arrival date or depart before the final date of the reservation, they will be charged for lodging as reserved and guaranteed by us unless we are able to rent the room for the full length of the reservation. Deposits will be applied to the final days of stay only.
